For study participants
The evidence starts
with real people.
Before a supplement brand can say anything meaningful about how a product performs, someone has to actually use it and report back. That is what our studies are: real products, used at home, on a plan written before anyone sees a result.
What taking part looks like
You keep your routine.
We record what happens.
Most of these studies are in-home use tests: you keep your normal routine, use the product as directed, and answer short questions along the way.
-
01
You are matched to a study
Each study looks for a particular group. If a study fits you, we get in touch with what it involves before you commit to anything.
-
02
The product arrives at your door
You use it at home, as directed, for the study period — commonly a few weeks for an in-home use test; clinical studies run longer.
-
03
You answer short questions
Usually a daily or weekly diary — a few minutes at a time — plus a questionnaire at the start and end. Validated instruments, not vague impressions.
-
04
Your answers become evidence
Responses are analyzed together, never individually. What emerges is a statistic a brand may or may not be allowed to print — that is the whole point of running the study.
Areas we study
What the studies measure.
Sleep quality and morning alertness, on validated diaries and questionnaires.
How people report managing everyday stress, on standard scales.
Hydration and elasticity, measured with instruments as well as questionnaires.
Comfort and regularity, on validated symptom instruments.
Everyday function, comfort and activity tolerance.
Short sensory studies: how a product tastes, mixes and feels to use.
Study lengths are typical ranges. Every study has its own design, and clinical studies are reviewed by an Institutional Review Board before anyone is enrolled.

Before you sign up
Is this a clinical trial?
It depends on the study. There are both in-home use tests, where you use a product in your normal routine and report on your experience, and clinical studies. Some products are already on sale; others are still in development. You are told which kind of study it is, and everything it involves, before you agree to anything — and clinical studies are reviewed by an Institutional Review Board.
Will this treat a health condition?
No. These studies look at how people experience a dietary supplement — taste, ease of use, comfort, sleep quality, and similar. Supplements are not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing in a study replaces advice from your own clinician.
What happens to my answers?
They are analyzed together with everyone else’s. Brands receive results as group statistics, never your individual responses, and never your contact details.
Can I leave a study once it starts?
Yes. Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time, for any reason, without explaining why.
Do you pay participants?
No. Participation is voluntary and we do not pay participants. Some brands choose to thank participants with extra product for taking part, but that is their decision, not a payment from curí.
