Holly founded F.A.M.E. Health Labs to give the supplement industry manufacturing it can finally see and trust: science, transparency and speed on one platform. It is wholly women-owned and vertically integrated in the United States. She came to it from Goldman Sachs and a career building companies across retail, manufacturing and biotech. The platform also runs Cedars Rising and the VITE90 incubator.

Cedars Rising places college students in real roles across the F.A.M.E. platform, arranged with their universities. The curí placements are on the laboratory floor — analytical chemistry, microbiology, quality, and the consumer and clinical research teams.

Students run methods alongside the scientists who sign the results. The platform’s research work has included a collaboration with Emory University in 2025.
